It all began with a group of people who wanted a different approach to Assisted Living.  At Grace Estates we serve our senior in a Single Family home. Residential care home  model offers a unique, intimate, high  staff-to-resident ratio and comfortable home environment. There are many seniors who fail in large facility settings because of their inability to navigate the multiple amenities or inadequate staff support. The staffing model of large facilities might not be suitable for residents in need of closer supervision and support.
